Translations Gallery's Art Leasing Program is a convenient and economical way for clients to acquire an art collection for their professional space. It allows a company to have that look of success to impress clients and associates without tying up valuable business capital. We will work with you to choose the high quality, original artwork that best suit your needs, image and brand. Our monthly payments are low, we handle the installation and we offer several lease and lease-to-own options.

Art Leasing Steps:

• 1. Contact a Translations Gallery consultant to visit your business. We will help you select the artwork that best suits your requirements and discuss leasing options.
• 2. Complete the leasing agreement and provide proof of insurance
• 3. Pay the deposit before delivery of artwork (a security deposit, usually equal to two months' lease payment is returned at the end of the lease).
• 4. Artwork is delivered and installed by our professional and reliable installers

Types of Leases

Lease Only Plan:

Best for companies who only want to lease the artwork and will not be purchasing at the end of the lease. During the term of the lease the artwork may be swapped out and replaced with a similar piece. The security deposit and monthly payments are smaller and at the end of the lease the client can:

• - Return the artwork
• - Extend the lease
• - Purchase the artwork at full market value

Purchase Option Plan:

Allows the lessee a fixed purchase option at the termination of the lease. The artwork will not be swapped out during the duration of the lease. At the end of the lease the client can:

• - Return the artwork
• - Extend the lease
• - Purchase the artwork with a 30% discount.

Buy Out Plan:

Recommended for companies that are fairly certain they will purchase the art at the end of the agreement. At the end of the lease, the art is purchased (and the title transferred) for $10.00.
